Car crashes

The crash is over. The claim has just started.

After a crash you are dealing with doctors, a body shop and two insurance companies at once. We take over the insurers so you can concentrate on getting better.

A car crash claim covers more than the medical bills. It can include time off work, the pain of the injury, and the way it changes your days.

We take

  • Rear-end, intersection and highway crashes

  • Rideshare passengers and drivers

  • Hit-and-run and uninsured drivers, through your own coverage

What we do

From the first letter to the last signature

  • We notify the insurers

A short letter tells each insurer to send its questions to us, not to you.

  • We gather the proof

Photos, the crash report, witness names, bills and pay stubs, collected while they are easy to find.

  • We value the whole claim

We wait until your doctors know how you are likely to recover, so the number is not a guess.

  • We negotiate, and you decide

You see every offer in writing. Nothing settles without your yes.

Sample matters

What a car claim can end in

  • $38,000

Rear-end crash at a red light

Neck and shoulder strain, eight months of physical therapy

  • $61,500

    Icy intersection, two cars

A broken wrist and six weeks off work for a warehouse employee

  • $19,000

    Parking lot, uninsured driver

Paid under the client’s own uninsured motorist coverage

Sample matters, for illustration only. Past results do not promise a similar outcome; every case turns on its own facts. Amounts shown are before fees and costs.

About car claims

Do I need a lawyer for a minor crash?

Not always. If nobody was hurt and the damage is small, you may not. If you have pain that is not going away, a review costs nothing and tells you where you stand.

The other driver says it was my fault. Can I still recover?

Possibly. Fault can be shared, and a share of blame can reduce a recovery rather than end it. We look at the evidence before anyone decides.

Who pays my medical bills in the meantime?

Usually your own health insurance or the medical payments coverage on your auto policy, at first. We help sort out the order and any repayment owed at the end.

Should I fix my car first?

Take photos, get an estimate and keep the repair paperwork. Repairs are fine; just keep the records.

Hurt in a crash?

A free review takes about twenty minutes, by phone, video or in person.

No attorney’s fee unless we recover money for you. Case costs are separate; your written agreement says how they are handled, including whether you would owe them if there is no recovery.
