Questions
Asked at the first call
Do I pay anything to talk to you?
No. The first review is free and carries no obligation.
How do you get paid?
Our fee is a percentage of what we recover, set out in a written agreement. If we recover nothing, you owe no attorney’s fee.
What are case costs?
Out-of-pocket expenses such as medical records, filing fees and expert reports. They are separate from the fee. Your agreement says how they are handled, including whether you would owe them if there is no recovery.
How long will my claim take?
Simple claims can settle in months. Serious injuries take longer, because we wait to learn how you will recover. We give you an honest estimate and update it.
What if I was partly at fault?
You may still have a claim. Shared fault can reduce a recovery. We look at the evidence before anyone decides.
Can I talk to you if another lawyer already has my case?
Yes, for a second opinion. We will not step into another lawyer’s case without you ending that relationship first.
Do you speak with insurers for me?
Yes. Once you sign with us, the insurers deal with us.
What if I cannot travel to an office?
We can meet you at home, at the hospital or by video.
Not on this list?
Ask us directly. It costs nothing.
No attorney’s fee unless we recover money for you. Case costs are explained in your written agreement before you sign.
