We take referrals from other lawyers in the practice areas listed here. You stay informed, and your client stays well looked after.
What to send
A short summary, the client’s contact details and any deadline you know of. Please leave out documents until the client agrees.
Who answers
A partner, promptly, once your note reaches the right office.
What you hear back
We tell you whether we accepted the matter and copy you on major steps.
Fees and the rules
When we share a fee with a referring lawyer, we do it by written agreement and with the client’s informed consent, as the rules of professional conduct require. We do not pay for referrals from anyone who is not a lawyer.
We take only the kinds of matters described on this site. For anything else we will say so quickly, so you can place the case elsewhere without losing time.
